We are The Ladyshift Collective, seeking to bring together women of all walks of life that share a desire to take time out for themselves, who want to be inspired, feel nourished and are passionate about leading a healthy, conscious lifestyle.

We feel that when we have time to relax and connect with ourselves and others freely, we can clearly access our intuitive sense of what we want from life and make shifts to support us. Our events aim to touch mind, body & soul, holding space for you to develop your own intuition and incorporate the changes you want to see in your world into everyday life.

We have been encouraging each other in this way for a number of years and now hope to share this with others.......

Elena & Almira have a mutual love for yoga, pilates and ladies wellbeing. They brought together The Ladyshift Collective after sharing their ideas and experiences of practicing yoga, attending retreats, wellness events, life-coaching and supportive female friendships. So, with many years of event planning experience between them the idea for a Ladyshift retreat was born! They decided that the event would not only focus on restorative wellbeing but also be a place for women to socialise in a supportive way, engage in mindful activities and have light-hearted yet thought provoking conversation.

 

Joining the Collective is Dominique founder of Embodied Movement, who's background is in professional dance. Dom is not only a fully qualified pilates and yoga instructor, but also a shiatsu practictioner and movement psychotherapist. She brings her expertise from movement therapy into her classes and has developed a highly specialised practice that incorporates psychological perspectives into movement work. Dom also uses Art therapeutically and encourages expression and healing through a variety of artistic mediums.

Finally, contributing to the Ladyshift Collective is Julie, Founder of My Wellbeing Boutique and a qualified Pilates Teacher specialising in injury recovery and post-natal issues. Julie is an inspiration to all mothers, balancing her career, hobbies and motherhood/family life effortlessly. She has a keen interest in nutrition and personal development, and enrols herself into many wellbeing programs for insight and healing.
